Confidentiality
● Respect client privacy by adhering strictly to our Confidentiality Policy (see below).
● Protect the proprietary information of clients and Peak Positive, using it only for authorised purposes.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
● Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on industry standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in corrective actions, up to and including termination of employment or partnership with Peak Positive.

Scope of Confidentiality
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and affiliates of Peak Positive. It covers any sensitive information obtained from clients, partners, or within internal operations.
Confidential Information
Confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
● Personal data of clients, employees, and partners.
● Business details, strategies, or intellectual property shared by clients.
● Internal documents, training materials, and methodologies proprietary to Peak Positive.
Confidentiality Obligations
● Safeguarding Information: All confidential information must be securely stored, whether in digital or physical format, to prevent unauthorised access.
● Use of Information: Confidential information is to be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling professional responsibilities.
● Non-Disclosure: Employees and affiliates must not disclose any confidential information to external parties unless authorised by the client or legally required.
● Data Disposal: Confidential information that is no longer needed must be disposed of securely, according to data protection and confidentiality standards.
Breach of Confidentiality
Any breach of confidentiality will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or partnership. Additionally, Peak Positive will comply with legal requirements to report breaches where necessary. This Confidentiality Policy is integral to our commitment to fostering trust and safety with our clients, ensuring their information is handled with the utmost respect and care.
