             With expertise spanning mental health nursing, personal performance coaching, and mindfulness teaching—combined with a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology—I bring a unique blend of clinical, coaching, and academic experience to help individuals and organisations thrive.

  • Member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC)
  • Trained to teach - Mindfulness In Schools Project (MISP) .B Programme & the SPARK Resilience Programme by Positran
