Your team is already working with AI Some people are using it every day, some are avoiding it, and some are keeping quiet. Most aren't sure what's allowed or what to check.
Where people are unsure, teams start to split When no one has said how the team will work with AI, everyone guesses differently, often without anyone noticing.
Grounded in 20+ years of real human experience Psychology, coaching and frontline experience, applied to the challenges your team is facing right now.
Challenge 01

Agreeing How to Work with AI

Some of your people are using AI every day, some are avoiding it, and most aren't sure what's allowed. Without clear agreements, everyone guesses differently. I help your team decide what AI does, what stays with people, and who signs off, in a way everyone understands.

Challenge 02

Knowing What to Trust and Check

AI can be helpful and confidently wrong. The risk isn't only the tool. It's whether people feel able to question it, admit a mistake or say they're unsure. I help teams build the checking habits and the openness that make using AI safe and sustainable.

Challenge 03

Keeping Everyone Together

When roles shift and some people feel more confident than others, a team can quietly split into those who are ahead and those who are holding back. I help you see what each person brings, protect the human skills that matter, and keep everyone moving together.

How It Works

It Starts With a Conversation

Every team is dealing with something different: different pressures, different people, different stages of working with AI. Before I suggest anything, I want to understand yours.

The discovery call is a genuine conversation, not a sales process. I listen, ask the right questions, and give you an honest picture of whether and how I can help.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Teams and organisations of all sizes and sectors, from small professional services firms to larger teams in finance, healthcare, education and the public sector. What they share is a recognition that the human side of working with AI matters and deserves deliberate attention. If you are not sure whether I am the right fit, the discovery call is the place to find out.

The discovery call is where I start. I listen to what is happening in your team, who is using AI and who is avoiding it, what people are unsure about, and what kind of support would make the most difference. From there I can recommend the right approach for your situation.

No. I am not here to promote AI or to tell you what to adopt. I help your team decide what it is for, what to trust and what to check, and how to keep everyone together as the way you work changes.

Every engagement is shaped around your team's context and needs. I offer facilitated half-day and full-day workshops, as well as longer-term coaching and consultancy support. A typical engagement includes mapping each person's strengths, agreeing how the team will work with AI, and following up to see what is working. I would never recommend an approach before understanding your situation, which is what the discovery call is for.

Most team building focuses on how people relate to each other and rarely covers AI. I look at both: how your people work together, and how they work with AI. We agree what AI is used for, what stays human, and what to trust and check, so the whole team ends up with the same clear picture.

Yes. I can run a session within an off-site, away day or strategy day, or deliver it as a stand-alone event. It works well when a leadership team needs to decide where AI fits in its plans and how to bring everyone along. Tell me what you want the day to achieve and I will shape the session around it.

Yes. In-house delivery is often the most effective option because it allows me to tailor everything to your team, your culture and the specific dynamics you are navigating.

If I am a good fit, I will put together a tailored proposal based on what you have shared. If I am not, for any reason, I will say so honestly and point you somewhere that might serve you better. There is no obligation and no pressure. The call is genuinely about understanding your situation.

How This Is Different

Team building for a team that now works with AI

Most team building focuses on communication, trust and connection between people. That still matters. But it rarely covers how the team works with AI, who decides what it is used for, or how to stop some people racing ahead while others quietly fall behind. That is the gap I work in.

Typical team building

  • Focuses on how people relate to each other
  • Leaves AI out, or treats it as a separate IT topic
  • Often a one-off day that fades by the following week
  • Uses the same format for every team

Building Human–AI Teams

  • Looks at how people work together and how they work with AI
  • Agrees what AI does, what stays human, and what to trust and check
  • Ends with simple working agreements your team can use the next day
  • Starts from each person's strengths and your team's own context

Works for off-sites and strategy days too

You can book this as a stand-alone team session, or have me build it into an off-site, away day or strategy day. It gives your leadership team or wider team a structured way to ask: where does AI fit in our plans, and how do we keep everyone together as we get there?

I shape each session around what you want the day to achieve.
